Chamber seed treater PSK-15 is a self-propelled machine with automatic process control. Seed treater chamber PSK-15 is designed for pre-sowing treatment of seeds of cereals, legumes and industrial crops with aqueous solutions of pesticides. The treater is used at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex and in farms.

• The hydraulic system uses a US diaphragm pump;

The PSK-15 seed treater has a number of advantages compared to similar treaters:

• In the loading auger PSK-15 there is no central gearbox, which significantly increases the productivity of the auger and allows the machine to work on small piles with high productivity. The absence of a gearbox also significantly reduces the crushing of grain during its selection.
• In the receiving hopper of the treater, three capacitive grain level sensors are installed, which allow the automation to work reliably with grain of any density, moisture content and flowability.
• The absence of a spreading disc in the dressing chamber significantly reduces grain damage during dressing.
• Fan-type disc atomizer rotates at high speed (up to 2750 rpm), as a result of which a foggy pesticide cloud is created in the dressing chamber, which provides a wide seed treatment area, thereby significantly improving the quality of seed treatment.

• An extended unloading auger (4.5 meters) allows you to easily load treated grain into vehicles with high sides and long body lengths.
• A plastic solution tank (210 liters) allows the use of any chemically aggressive preparations.
• The silicone level gauge provides a visualization of the liquid level in the tank, regardless of its coloring ability.
• Imported gear motor ensures high reliability of the two-speed self-propelled seed treater.
• Two-stage aspiration removes dust from the treater receiving chamber, thereby improving the quality of seed coverage with fine droplets of pesticide solution.
• The pressure regulator in the fluid flow system ensures that the required fluid pressure is maintained, as well as its visual control using a pressure gauge during the pickling process.
• Linear liquid flow controller allows fine adjustment of the desired minute flow rate of the pesticide solution.
• Integrated measuring cup with valve system allows you to quickly and safely set up the liquid dosing system.
• Imported diaphragm pump ensures reliable operation of the dosing system when using any pesticides.
