LayFlat reinforced hose

LayFlat are mobile main supply PVC hoses designed to work with low and medium pressure up to 8 atm.

We offer our customers the following types of Sunnyhose PVC Lay Flat hoses made in China:

Layflat hoses are divided into:

• high-pressure (used for long lines)
• low-pressure (used both for highways of short length (usually less than 500 m), and for distributing an irrigation system across the field and connecting drip lines to it).

About hoses:

• Layflat hose can be used up to 5 years;
• Laflat hoses are available in diameters from 52 to 208 mm;
• they are widely used to supply water and fertilizer solutions in drip irrigation systems or to redistribute large volumes of water;
• Products include synthetic yarns (polyester and polyamide) and plastic materials.

Benefits:

• material properties allow you to mount fittings for attaching drip tape directly to the pipeline. If necessary, the hole can be plugged;
• Layflat does not deform under the influence of temperature, does not collapse from UV rays, has a long service life, withstands high pressure and allows the passage of wheeled vehicles (in the absence of pressure);
• A wide range of connecting and shut-off fittings is provided for connection with drip lines. All these qualities, as well as ease of installation, operation, dismantling and storage, make Layflat really the most suitable version of the distribution pipeline, which cannot be compared with any other types of pipelines.
