Basic equipment:
Type:
Trailer. Designed for spreading manure and other types of similar fertilizers.
Frame:
One-piece, consists of two longitudinal beams fastened with crossbars. A hopper made of steel painted with powder paint is installed on the frame. The chassis is attached to the frame.
Bunker:
All-metal, pyramidal shape. Inside the bunker is a reinforced type conveyor. Conveyor overload protection system. Controlled curtain for feeding manure to the spreading augers.
Hydraulic system:
Hydraulic drive system of the conveyor belt with the help of a hydraulic motor. Hydraulic lifting of manure system curtains.
Feeding system:
High strength material chain conveyor with tension and tension control system. Hydraulic shutters for material supply. The speed of the conveyor is controlled by a computer, automatic adjustment depending on the speed of movement.
Spreading system:
Consists of two multi-turn augers driven from the PTO of the tractor. Elastic coupling system to prevent breakage. Removable revolving knives made of high-strength steel. Stone protection system for rotors, additional agitators. Rotor diameter: 860 mm — (model CE 130), 1030 mm — (model CE 145 SL — CE 180 SL), 1050 mm — (model CE 200 — CE 300). Rotor rotation speed 24 m/s.
Hitch:
Drawbar with sprung suspension to compensate for vibrations — a system for working on uneven fields. Hydraulic jack.
Dosing system:
Automatic system that regulates the application rate depending on the driving speed. The computer is installed in the tractor cab.
Brake system:
Hydraulic type with safety valves, parking brake.
Working spreading width:
Up to 24 m.
